Notwithstanding the difficult circumstances that the Kingdom and the world have faced during the last two years (the COVID-19 pandemic), the Company
has been capable of continuing to build its business by virtue of its extraordinary adaptability and the strategic planning it has undertaken since its inception. This has been made possible by our forward-looking strategy, which ensures that the Company is well-prepared to cope with any emergency scenarios that may arise in life and in the markets. This approach has also strengthened the Company’s financial position and supported its balanced performance.

I am pleased to share that we have taken a significant step in preparing to list the Company on the Saudi Stock Exchange. This will enhance the Company’s strength in both local and regional markets.
Moreover, as we remain fully aware of our responsibilities to our clients, shareholders, and the broader community, we continue to uphold the values of accountability, transparency, and social responsibility. To that end, the Board of Directors has established several committees to oversee relevant policies, standards, and procedures.
