Maha Project

The Al Maha project is one of the Al Rasees Group’s distinctive projects in Riyadh. Covering a total area of ​​35,000 square meters, it reflects the group’s vision of developing modern residential communities that cater to the needs of families.

The project includes 381 residential units carefully designed to ensure privacy and independence, with dedicated spaces and entrances for each unit. It also consists of 127 residential villas divided into three separate floors. The units are distributed across separate plots (blocks) to achieve optimal urban planning and smooth flow of traffic.
